Customer satisfaction is mainly connected with quality products, once the product is good customer usually forget other things. After this customer shows satisfaction on our dealing with them.

Yes you're so right. There are many ways how to satisfy our customers in such a way they become loyal to us. It's not only on the sweet smiles and nice talks but most importantly, the quality of the product and services.

That is true and the customers always remember how the business center people treated and served them satisfactorily. There are workers who lack self-control when mistook a customer as rude. There are people whose voices are nor sweet there are also sour but it does not mean that they are not good.

Some customer service reps don't even make an attempt to try and get the problems of customers solved. They are rude and unruly and have chased many customers away with their attitude unknown to the management.

Customers will be satisfied once their needs are granted and once they are served better. The customers are so sensitive, they wanted attention right away especially if they are in a hurry, and if the workers do not attend to their needs, no doubt, they will never come back.

As for me as a customer, my satisfaction is mainly on friendly and good service, then quality goods, then decent prices. I don't care about cheap prices if the seller isn't friendly.

That is also what I am after workers friendly and accommodating, but I ate workers that keep on following me the time I search for the items I want to buy. One time, I told the sales lady, why are you following me? She the left, but I no longer come back to that big store.

I was once in the market, while walking followed by a shop assistant to offer their products. I said "No" but they still followed me. At that time I was still in junior high school, so I ran to avoid it. 🤣

Nah, why did they keep on following you? Maybe they are thinking that you are rich and they also like to have sales. But their approach is not good. It creates trouble and dislikeness. They must also be sensitive and understanding.

Yes, you're right, even in online buying and selling there is also a service to return goods if they don't match the request. I once ordered a cellphone online, and the cellphone was disabled and couldn't be used, I filed a claim for a refund and refund. So I can return the item for free and get my money back in full.
