We in the government requires minimum qualifications before one's application is considered depending on what the job requirements are like an accountant must have the proper license. they must have the. license to practice their profession. Others must have passed government examinations. For those contractual workers which are mostly political accomodation as long as they are hired by the politician they get the job but they have no room for promotion if they are not qualified. They can also be terminated anytime at the whim of the politician.
Of course, qualifications are more important for any jobs or works, but the thing is many business owners or many employers only use the experience as a job qualification and that is not good for a person like me we have graduated from collage recently.
In today's rapidly evolving job market, qualifications for jobs have indeed become more important than ever. The world is witnessing significant advancements in technology, automation, and globalization, which are reshaping industries and creating new skill requirements. As a result, employers are increasingly seeking candidates who possess the necessary education and experience to excel in their roles.
Yes qualifications is extremely important when it comes to certain jobs. Though till date there are still people who use their connections to bring in their friends and relatives to handle certain positions that they are not qualified for, then they would hire some qualified hands to do most of the works.
In the tech world that we work in, there is no need for qualifications. Just have the capacity to carry out your tech role and you would earn bigg.
Experience and talent has yet to get recognition as compared to qualifications. Big organizations will disregard experience and talent if one is not qualified.
If you have the necessary qualifications, that will make you more competitive in the job market. But just having academic qualifications is not enough, you need to have hands on experience to do a job well.
