Are qualifications for various jobs, more important now, than ever? What do you think? Should you actually spend the time to make sure you have the education and experience needed for certain jobs?

We in the government requires minimum qualifications before one's application is considered depending on what the job requirements are like an accountant must have the proper license. they must have the. license to practice their profession. Others must have passed government examinations. For those contractual workers which are mostly political accomodation as long as they are hired by the politician they get the job but they have no room for promotion if they are not qualified. They can also be terminated anytime at the whim of the politician.

Of course, qualifications are more important for any jobs or works, but the thing is many business owners or many employers only use the experience as a job qualification and that is not good for a person like me we have graduated from collage recently.
