Hi there, Glad to see another friendly face from Mylot, but all the faces I have met on RIF have been very friendly and helpful.
Do you come on here often?
I am struggling a bit with the layout, so different from Mylot, but I am trying to pop in at least once a day to answer and chat to people so I can really get the hang of the forum, I am a slow learner on new things like this, but hopefully I will get there, I am just so used to doing Mylot with my eyes closed so to speak

Not all of us have money to put in to real estate, but that is a good way to earn money, lots of people in my country buy houses and rent them out to other people, most private landlords are very good, but there are a few out there that are just out for the money, and don't care about things that need to be fixed in the house, some tenants are scare to say anything incase they either get the blame or asked to move out

I fully understand. The truth is that I had no idea about this trucking business. Perhaps, this type of business is not very well-known. In my country, I think that people do not know about it.

When we are going to create a passive income stream, we have to think about our own profile and environmental conditions, so that it doesn't cause a headache every day, for example if an investor has a conservative profile, don't force yourself to invest in high risks such as stocks and cryptocurrencies. While environmental conditions include government regulations and available investment instrument objects.
not sure I would know where to start with a blog and what to write in a blog, I don't think I do anything interesting enough to blog about, plus lap top skills very poor and I am quite happy without improving my lap top skills at the moment.

Even though the trucking business is more promising or can provide greater profits, it also carries a big risk, because road safety is not always guaranteed. also require high maintenance costs. whereas if you invest in real estate you will be calmer because of the small risk.

Talking of Trucks, last Bank Holiday weekend in England the nearest city to me always holds Truckfest, a great place to go and see lots of trucks and good shows put on in the ring.
We used to go a lot when the children were young, many famous faces from all over go for the weekend, one year we went Lisa Kelly from Ice Road Truckers was there. One of our sons was luckily enough to talk to her and have his photo taken with her. Todd Dewy from Ice Road Truckers was there this year.
So many colourful painted trucks to walk round and look at.
A very good day out for the family.

It is very costly. people who are truck drivers also makes a lot of money with it. Being a truck driver is not easy but it's lucrative also.

You are right, Chibson. I believe the same thing. Whatever is very lucrative, it is not very easy to achieve. Never mind, we must be positive all the time because something which is difficult for us now can be easy later on.
