It could really be considered a normal day, a day that work goes as you think it should go and that there are no surprises or complications and that everything follows its normal course.

I am a freelancer. Every morning after breakfast and walking exercise, I check my email to see if there are any new translation jobs requested by the clients and their proposed deadline for completion. I then prioritize my jobs and starting working.

There is nothing special with my work station. I have been working at home for more than 8 years now. Basically, I am just busy starting from 4:00 PM to midnight because of my teaching schedule online.

It is a good thing that you are so familiar with your work and others things that you can do daily. I also have the same feeling. I am busier at night and can do work online at home. During the daytime, I can still do other things.

When I was a school teacher, a typical work day involved me rushing down early to work, join the students in devotion, take classes and check assignments. Submit notes of lesson and then close for the day.
