I believe there are lots of business owners within this forum or at least does with experience when it comes to running a business. I would like to know what you think it's the best way to advertise a new business?
I recently started a personal gig of my own and I would like to hear the ideas of other on how to advertise it.

It might be difficult at first but look for people in need of that your business. You can either give them a discount or offer an extra free service. Make sure you maintain the relationship so they can come back or recommend you to other clients.

If it is website, I would start with backlinks. I would create several free on similar sites. Of course, don't spam. You will have to invest time for find place where you can left link for free, but it will be worth. Later start invest in advertisement from where you can get visitors.
