I realized that there is a good result of being a member of a cooperative. I joined a coop here, a private coop in our city and I am so thankful for my decision because every year, I receive a dividend. I also joined a cooperative at the university where I am working and in a private college where I was a part-time worker. I have been a member of these three cooperatives for two years now and I reinvested my dividends to let the money grow. I have now 4 passive income.

That's right, but big cooperatives are not found in schools like the FICCO. You can join a private coop and enjoy some benefits.
