You check the site to find out if it is legit or not. You can check it despite not registered. This forum is legit and is known on the web , however, they have country selections to be accepted to their forum site.

Digital Money Talk Forum hires only Americans which is why I was not accepted. There are so many big forum sites that hire only people from the United States of America.
