Yes, you can as a beginner. And you can eventually increase it when you have more categories activated. You need to start with low earning categories, maybe 1 or 2 categories.

You could request payment to email of exchanger and gettting cryptocurrency for it but there is one case where it could be handled and another not:
1 - Payment email must much registration email
Exchanger add email as secondary email address and then pay you equivalent
2 - It requires PayPal Connect
Exchanger could not do nothing in this case
