Are you Getting monthly Payment at work or weekly?

I think in most parts of the world monthly payment is applicable and in few weekly payments but I would have preferred weekly payments if asked.

I also get paid monthly and in our case the salary arrives in the first week of the month and can be delayed sometimes so its better to have other sources to earn too

I like the idea of the bulk money. it will help you save better than paying in bits though in bits makes one have money

In private offices and academe salary released is done 15 /30. The university where I'm in is owned by the national government so salary releases is monthly both full time and part time.

I usually have my payment twice a month, every 5th and 20th. I cannot afford to have my salary once a month.

@Shavkat, ours is monthly. Our university is government owned so audited by COA unlike private offices and universities 15/30.

So its 15 day salary? I also feel its good and better than monthly salary as we don't need to wait for a whole month for it

I do not work offline but if I wish to work offline I will make sure that I get my money weekly because I do not like to get money at the end of the month

I can understand, having a job does help but these days most jobs pay once a month and very rarely you will see them paying twice a month

Yes and that is how it is here too. A lot of companies pay at the end of the month in my country. It is still good too

We get a monthly salary here and I also prefer it. Whereas the workers here get their overtime money in 15 days. I don't know if somewhere the people are paid on weekly basis.

Only people who need money urgently will want to get weekly payments to be able to satisfy their needs
