Our university is government owned but that's how we are required to do. It's part of the policy or no increase at all in a year.

Yes we get yearly increase in salary yearly which is totally based on the performance of an individual.

But mostly salaries increases on yearly basis because we are aware of one more important thing which is called inflation. The commodities prices increase each year.

I used to but no longer now. But this is a good compensation for staff

I do get a yearly increase but the rate of increase is not at par with the rate of inflation. That's why the increase is insignificant.
