Are you Getting Yearly salary Increments In your job?

I don't have a job but every year I increase my fees and some of my clients but for the increased price.

I do get a yearly increase but the rate of increase is not at par with the rate of inflation. That's why the increase is insignificant.

This is always the problem with the Nigerian work space The increment will be too small for any noticeable change in one standard of living.

Most of the business allow salary increments after a year or 15 months or as per their policy or as per the stats in the balance sheet.

Most companies grant yearly salary increments in order to incentivised their workers. Though not all companies can afford it.

Yes we do get yearly increments at work. Normally we get a 10-15% increase in salary depending on performance.

I do not get a salary and my income is decreasing this year since government agencies, tech and internet companies are extremely ruthless in cheating, exploiting and robbing small online business owners.

Where i used to work, i doubt he would ever agree to increase salary after two years, not to mention a year or a year and half.

We regrettably do not experience annual growth. Perhaps because it's an internet job or because my employer isn't amenable to this kind of idea.

Most businesses and jobs that are not government owned rarely offer yearly raise in pay for their staff unless they are mandated to do so. I doubt I will be getting any raise in the next three years.

This makes life easier, congrats and businesses under Government receives increments as per the inflation in the country so mostly it's higher as compared to other businesses.

I do not have a 9 to 5 job at any place right now. However, I have recently joined a few sites that have helped me to make money and I consider this some "additional bonus" sites to make money. This also includes "micro job" sites that help me to earn some extra cash. Apart from that, I do not have any additional source of income.
