As an employee, do you prefer hourly pay or monthly pay?

What kind of payment system would you prefer as an employee. Monthly or hourly? All of them have their pros and cons.

I would still prefer the standard practice being paid twice a month, 15th and 30th day. I am only referring to regular jobs, either online or offline. For online stunts like RIF, I prefer to redeem the payment anytime once reached the minimum payment threshold.

There is this satisfaction that comes when you are able to get your money as soon as you complete your work. Having to wait for a month to end before you get paid can make the work tiring for you.
