I am glad that I learn some business skills with my biological parents. In time, I would have my own business and be able to spread my horizon. I agree that it is best if we have soft skills of being a business-mind person.
We can learn steadily after we start our business but for that, we need to stay down to earth and should learn even from the lower level employees
Employees are human like as and could wrongly code a platform this is why there is beta version and final version.
Having experience definitely helps before you start your own business. You get to know the industry better, you get a better understanding of your customer needs, and and you may have built up good connections with suppliers.
Experience is necessary for a business to be successful. Experience will help you identify business opportunities and how to utilize it. Any business you are going to without experience will take time for you to be successful in it. Experience matters and will determine how far you can go.

Like it is always stated experience is the best teacher you would always have the advantage on a business you are doing with experience than the one without experience which will be sorted with mistakes
That's why before I started my business, I had to go do voluntary work in the same kind of establishment so that I can gain experience. It has helped me in the business.
As an organization, it is cheaper to hire a person that has experience. That's because it would cut the cost that would have been spent on training the employee. It also saves time needed for the employee to adapt.
