Building a Forum as a Passive Income

I don't see a forum as a passive income source. I rather see it as an active income source because a forum needs daily monitoring and work to make it sustainable.

Generating passive income does not mean you earn without any work, you still need to work but you will be earning from little work. Therefore, running a forum can be passive income provided you have staff to look into it and you check the site once a day.
