Can you beg your friend to stay in your shop for a day?

Honestly, business is business and I usually don’t trust anyone with my shop. I prefer to lock my shop anytime I’m going out instead of me to leave my shop with my friend and we never can tell what will happen to my shop.

It also depends on the kind of friend though. Some friends can be trusted even though not fully.

I do not do this. If my friend is having a business. I am expected that I should not be a hindrance for him or her to do the business. They also do the same thing with me.

I am with you. I am sure that if the friend is sensitive enough, he or she needs to exit during the business hours.

Though I don't have a shop but I won't do this, if you are not my staff and not even my family member to make matters worse, I won't let you stay alone. It's not that am scared of things being stolen, I just don't want you to have an idea of what I earn on a daily basis.

I believe it is better you close your shop than risk someone to open it for you. It can be very disastrous n terms of theft and poor customer treatment.

It's not advisable. Money is temptation and temptation is hot as fire. It's better to close the shop. Just post a note outside.

I see people do this often in my country. I think they trust the people who that they beg to watch over their shops for them.

That is something that l can't do. Most people nowadays are very toxic and would steal from the business when you leave them there.

Managing of businesses is really very sensitive. Leaving people to run your business can be very dangerous.

It actually depends on the individual. I believe there is one or two of my friends i can leave my shop with for a day if i will not be available on that particular day.
