I prefer cereal without sugar. I know that they are not delicious but you can add honey to them which is healthy.
Honey is so tasty and healthy for us. It is very good to eat it for breakfast. I like it on bread too. It is healthier than jam.I always enjoy using honey to eat some of my meal and I also like to use it to eat bread too.
it is always with sugar for me. I have sweet toothI love my cereal with sugar.but I have relaised that people eat cereal without sugar. Where is the fun in that.Sugar gives cereal that mmmhhhh taste. Without sugar cereal would just be boring.
