That schedule must be followed. In my case, I already feel hungry at 5 in the afternoon and hungry at 6 in the morning, and hungry at 11 i the morning, but am having snacks morning and afternoon, fruits only.That's a very healthy practice. An early dinner is good. I take it around 7, that's three hours before my bed. I have tried to bring it to 6, but I am unable to. I take therapy sessions in the afternoon from 4_6.
