I dance TikTok when I am stressed. Sometimes, I play my bass guitar and sing slow rock music. I love music and was once a member of a musical band.

I take a deep breath or just play some video games if I have time I'm not often stressed but sometimes I'm so I just try to calm myself a bit with cup of tea or something like that

Best way to comes out from stress is to pray deep from our heart, then if we have someone very close to us then discuss our problem with him he may say something which could be new for us. Furthermore always try to play our role as being the head of the family my role is to work hard and earn living for people those who are dependent on me, if I won't do it and try to find out shortcuts then it may increase my stress.

I have many ways to deal with stress , first is to sleep, play with my kids or watch a good movie. Playing and talking to the kids makes me forget everything.

I yell in my self and argue with people. I am very temperamental person and I could often go in fights. Especially since my colleague don't have responsabiltiy as I and they just laugh to it. After few minutes yell in my self I am calm.

The best stress remedy is sleep. Try to take few minutes nap you feel rejuvenated. Also eating ripe banana removes stress through potassium content.

Lately people often against stress use special sport excercise. Some use HIIT training even it raise hard beat and some use relaxation excercise like tightening and relaxing different muscle groups of the whole body, which improves the connection between body and mind.

Did anybody try boxing for stress relief? Some say it is best way. You need gym with boxing bags or you can buy yourself as bag and connect it to seal in some room.
