I have not been to other countries but self medication is something that is very common here in my country. Also, there are times when I give myself a medication as a means of first aid before I go to the hospital if the symptoms persist.

I know I’m guilty of this but how about you? Do you engage in self medication?

It is good to know that you do not engage yourself medication, but a lot of people feel that going to the doctor is quite expensive so they try self medication first

Yes, especially for common cold. When I start feeling the flu like symptoms, I buy over the counter drugs like cetrizine, paracetamol and piriton. I am so guilty of self medication.
