I have not been to other countries but self medication is something that is very common here in my country. Also, there are times when I give myself a medication as a means of first aid before I go to the hospital if the symptoms persist.

I know I’m guilty of this but how about you? Do you engage in self medication?

For some minor illnesses like cough, flu, cold, and others, I don't need to go to the doctor to treat them. I usually buy medicine at the pharmacy and treat myself.
