Compromising is the best course of action that we can do working with others. It is a matter of maintaining the respect of giving opinionated statements.

There has to be boundaries though to how much you are willing to compromise or else those people you are working with can easily take you for a ride.

I do agree with you. We need to be vigilant if these co-workers are becoming abusive to this kind of circumstance.

For me can say that the working with a team really needs one to make some calculations failure to that they would really suffer
