I crave for sweets all the time and more so after my meal.

I prefer having fruits after meal like banana or pineapple. Sometimes I craved for chocolates. I love cakes and pastries but I want to eat them separately in between meals with coffee or soda

I love to eat sweets after a meal. Sometimes mint chocolate, sometimes dark chocolate. During festivals, we may have sweet dumplings with peanut butter or sesame fillings after the meal.

Yes eating fruits is actually the best option. It helps with digestion and it is a lot healthier than sweets.
