Getting up early is a real struggle for me as a teenager, as I tend to sleep late at night. But as I grew older, I learned to love waking up early and going for a stroll, a swim, or cleaning the house. I wake up around 5 in the morning. However, there are still days that I want to wake up late, especially if I am super tired.

I used to wake up at 4:30 because of my work which requires me to reach the workplace before 7 in the morning, but during the pandemic, we were tasked to work online thus making me lazy to wake up earlier. I now wake up at 5:30.

As I am a night owl. I sleep at around midnight. It's difficult for me to get up too early. I usually get up at around 7:30-8:00 am every morning. I also take a 30-min afternoon nap every day.
