Getting up early is a real struggle for me as a teenager, as I tend to sleep late at night. But as I grew older, I learned to love waking up early and going for a stroll, a swim, or cleaning the house. I wake up around 5 in the morning. I used to wake up at 4:30 because of my work which requires me to reach the workplace before 7 in the morning, but during the pandemic, we were tasked to work online thus making me lazy to wake up earlier. I now wake up at 5:30.

As I am a night owl. I sleep at around midnight. It's difficult for me to get up too early. I usually get up at around 7:30-8:00 am every morning. I also take a 30-min afternoon nap every day.

I'm definitely a morning person and love waking up early! I relish starting my day slowly with a cup of coffee, reading or journaling, and mentally preparing for what lies ahead. By rising early, I find I'm more productive, energetic, and able to accomplish my goals for the day.

For me my day officially begins as from 5am, that's when we do our morning prayers till 5:30am or to 6. Then i go out for my morning walk till around after 7 or 8am. There are times I wake up earlier than 5am though.
