Do you prefer to do yoga or some other way to meditate?
I don't really understand the the word yoga and I will like someone to explain the yoga for because I see people comparing it with meditation is there any relationship
I am not that interested in practicing Yoga. But I do meditation quite frequently. It makes me feel calm and peaceful. I usually do that before my sleeping time.
For me, yoga provides the ideal fusion of physical movement and meditation. As I flow through the asanas, focusing on my breath and being present in each pose, I achieve a state of mindfulness.
