Do you prefer to drink tea or coffee?

Here in the Philippines, most common drink here is the 3 in 1 coffee, coffee, milk, sugar. Being an ordinary fellow here, this is what I can afford right now, for the prices of teas like of those milk teas are high. But should ever I got enough money I would try to buy it. But for now, since I can only afford cheap ones, I prefer the 3 in 1 coffee. Who knows, maybe in the future, I could buy expensive coffees and teas at the same time. lol

I don't drink any alcohol, I only use alcohol to relieve itchiness from bites hehe

Of course, do not drink alcohol. It harms the body, it is a killer drink too.

I am very careful about that as I have diabetes. No added sugar there. So, I go for natural home made fresh fruit juices sometimes and limit my intake of coffee and tea

I don't do coffee or tea, but if I have to choose, I will go with tea with milk and make it warm. but i still choose water, warm water

Yes. I make sure that I watch out for everything that I eat and drink. I don't overindulge in anything.

I like tea more it makes me more relaxed and it's healthier than coffee I drink coffee too but I like tea better

I like both but I drink tea more often than coffee, because coffee keeps me awake. So, I always avoid drinking coffee at night (except when it's needed), otherwise I'll stay up until morning.

I have insulin dependent diabetes from a very young age. I am type 1.5 LADA diabetic. I try to manage it with lifestyle changes and exercise and not keep increasing my insulin dosage.

Sorry to hear about your sickness, always take good care of your health. Is it injected to you? You're too young to get infected with diabetes.

I have diabetes as soon as I crosses my teen years. I inject it myself. I have stayed with it for more than two decades..Thank you for your concern and kind words.

How much do you spend for the injection? Isn't it painful to be injected everyday?
