Do you take pills even for the small ailments?

I don't take medicines for small ailments, I don't see it healthy to do so. Sometimes ailments such as headaches, flu and nausea just need a good rest, hydration and taking some soup or lemon water.

Well, nothing wrong with taking pills but it should be in moderation so that you don't get addicted to it.

I don't take pills for conditions that I know has to do with fatigue. I would just take rest and I would be fine.

That's the best way to go. I would rather take fruits and have proper rests. That has proven to be working for me.

No, I do not. For instance, whenever I have a headache, I just apply some ointment and sleep. I do not take any pills for it. It is bad for the kidneys.

As much possible, I do not want to take any pills if I am under the weather. I noticed my immune system is very strong because I drink blue tea regularly.

For me l really hate taking pills. I'd rather take some injection or syrups for sure.
