Do you take pills even for the small ailments?

I don't take medicines for small ailments, I don't see it healthy to do so. Sometimes ailments such as headaches, flu and nausea just need a good rest, hydration and taking some soup or lemon water.

Well, nothing wrong with taking pills but it should be in moderation so that you don't get addicted to it.

No, I do not. For instance, whenever I have a headache, I just apply some ointment and sleep. I do not take any pills for it. It is bad for the kidneys.

As much possible, I do not want to take any pills if I am under the weather. I noticed my immune system is very strong because I drink blue tea regularly.

I am always forced and supervised to take pills even when am sick. If I had my way, pills won't even exist at all.
