I have done internship in about two places I wasn't paid a dime. But I was doing a lot of the job. I believe interns should be paid since we do the job assigned to us too. What do you think?
It might not just be financial capacity of the organization. It can also be the willingness to pay. I have seen interns in government establishments who never got a dime.Everything depends on the financial capacity of the business or company where they are working and if it's something that they can be able to handle with paying their interns, I think they should do it.
