Do you think interns should be paid.

You must not necessarily pay them. Just give them something no matter how small it is. They would feel appreciated. Who knows the organization might need their expertise in the future.

I have done internship in about two places I wasn't paid a dime. But I was doing a lot of the job. I believe interns should be paid since we do the job assigned to us too. What do you think?

Though it is good to pay intern once jobs had been done. But some companies don't pay. They believe internship as part of training exercise. That intern are using the opportunity to acquire training and experience in the field. What they don't realize is that, those payments would also helps to motivate the intern to put more of their services.

Though internship is part of training exercise. it is still good to pay interns as they help out in the company if not for anything but to helps to motivate the interns
