Do you think most companies have good working conditions?

I work in a multinational company but the working environment here is not good. When I joined it I thought it will be a good company but my dreams shattered within a few days.

That is an exception though when it comes to multinationals. From which country did the parent company originate from? That's because I know that multinationals from certain countries treat their workers as slaves.

It is infuriating to note that only a few companies in my country have good working conditions. The situation is worse in businesses that belong to the private sector.
I blame the authorities for allowing this unacceptable situation to persist.

Most of them have it. Sometimes workers are right but sometimes they just complain even some stuff are not important. Also many workers don't even care about equipment and destroy it.

Not all companies have good working conditions. Their utilities might be poor, the cafeteria so far and foods not good, lacing aircons, no drinking water.

That's true, there are some companies that on the outside they look really good, but once you join you would discover that they do not even have good working environment or even good equipments to work with.

Correct, there are business centers good to look at outside but inside it has a very unwelcome realities especially the toilets, washing tabs drinking fountains, space and materials use not worth of an employees credentials.

I hope you know that there are times when some people do not really like the job they do but they do it because they have a very ci decide working environment. This is the case of so many people.

Some Employers have good working conditions that would help the workers and others too have very terrible working conditions but having a good working conditions is better to help your company growth

Yes I know I have accepted a job like this. I had loved the seneric environment I was seeing. it really attracted me to want to work there though I didn't like the job

No most companies does not have good working conditions and many times the workers and staff need to adjust with it as you don't have any other option left so you can work or leave the job

Unfortunately, not all companies have a good working condition. That is the reason why their turnover is too high. The top management must consider to let their employees be more productive.

I wouldn't really say that is all of the companies that have a very good working condition for most of their workers. This is because that is reason why workers jump from one job to another.

Most companies in my country really don't have good working environment. That's why you constantly hear of accident cases while at work, poor payment rates, poor working schedule with longer working hours on unpaid overtime.

I have been lucky to work in companies that have good working conditions and value their staff. They pay your salary as at when due and your health care needs is handled by the company.

Not all companies have good working conditions, that's just the painful truth. I have come across a lot of companies that look good on the outside but lack good working facilities.

I think best conditions provide IT sector. Computers are often good, internet connection to, chairs and other ergonomic equipment. Worst conditions are in metal and wood processing. Gloves are often worn out and are the cheapest.

Having a bad working condition would not only affect how your workers work and the results they get, it would also affect how does outside view the company it self.

In Croatia we just saw how workers work on roof covering without any protection. Just helmet but they were not secured against falling in anyway. Usually people have good protection when they work on roof.
