It is a lie. You can tell their opinions of you by their continued willingness to work with you if assigned special duties. There are some staff that other workers don't ever want to be teamed up with.

Actually, you can't please every one , even if you lie flat for them to pass , they will still say you aren't flat enough , just do what you think its best according to you and you will be fine , you can only please yourself.
