I agree with you that a leader should not try to dominate his or her subordinates. Instead, they should allow all team members to showcase their knowledge, skills and abilities. Then guide them on what he or she is strong at.
Taking opinions from different people or workers gives you a deep insight about the work that's to be done and also in that way and also aid total concentration of employees in the job as they follow it closely by bringing up ideas.

A smart method to achieve so is to start with a brainstorming session to get new ideas, new approaches, and inventive thinking out there. A strong leader is one that does not dominate the team but instead encourages each member to play their part. What are the results of a brainstorming session in business anticipated to be? Any ideas in mind?

As much as you need to make it very obvious that you are the Superior in your business, you should also try as much as possible to be approachable in a way that is going to make the working relationship you have with your employees be smooth because that is the only way it will help your business.

Good business leaders don't act or stress their superiority. As a matter of fact, any business leader that does that has already lost it. You gain it by the way you offer sound leadership to the business and sound leadership can never be autocratic.

Yes and no, there is time for everything. As a good leader i believe there needs to be a balance. There are times where you would have to dominate, and then there are times where you have to take things easy.

You don't have to dominate but to work hand in hand . don't dominate the team but rather motivate and encourages each member to be strong and do the job well.

A business leader to dominate means a bad leader. He must lead and not be bossy and nosy. The subordinates will have ill feelings of a boss dominant and insensitive.

If all a business leader or owner knows how to do is dominant or boss does around him around, it would be hard to find loyal workers, they would probably just find people who are there out of fear.

It will never happen in my place a manager or boss to dominate his subordinates, he will surely be kicked out. It's employee's power to oust a boss nosy and bossy.
