Does age matter with a job role

Yeah people believe that age comes with maturity but I have been seeing very immature people in places of authority. quite sad.
There are jobs that need vigor and physical strength. These type of job should be preferred for the youths. For example, the armed force is an area where strength and youthfulness is needed. There are still some job that need experience more than strength. This kind of job can be perfect for the elderly
It depends on the type of job. Some jobs which require physical strength are for young people, whereas some other jobs which require maturity are for older people.

But they are some young lazy people and age sometimes don't mean maturity so it might not be about age but the individual involved
Under our incumbent and recent governments, there is no age discrimination in job hiring. Retirees in my country are allowed to work in fast-food chains. The retirement age in Ph starts at 60, but this age is what we see still kicking and able unless sickly. When I toured Auckland, New Zealand, I saw retired employees working in shops as sales ladies. They are still strong as a horse.

I wonder same mate you see some good looking guys sitting around all day doing nothing. The little they can get off people they used it to play games or betting. it really sad sometimes.

That's the fact and one can be lazy at any age. So we need to focus on the character of the person
It seems that people can be lazy at any age. It is the character that really matters.
Personally i feel it depends, age does not really matter, cause there are certain times a younger person could be more competent than even an elderly person. A younger person could even be more knowledgeable in a particular field than an elderly person. I think most times where age might come in is when the job also requires someone more Mature as the face of that particular position.

Definitely, I have an older uncle that have never worked his whole life he feeds fat from the wifeIt seems that people can be lazy at any age. It is the character that really matters.
Oh, really? I am sure that there are many similar examples. He is lucky because he has a good wife.
