They pay through PayPal. Once you reach minimum payout of five dollars by month end, you will paid in the next month by 15th. You don't need to request for the payment. It's automatically transferred to your PayPal account on the payday. They don't charge any PayPal fees.
Most new people don't have the patience to stay on the website to work for long. They find it difficult to work through the process.
I have been away from Mylot for many years. However, at the time it paid on feedback received on posted discussions and comments. Payment was via Paypal, punctual on the 1st of the following month with a minimum of $10. But, I don't exclude that after about four years, things could have changed there too.
Mylot doesn't get paid based on the discussion posts we make there, but he gets paid when someone responds to what we post. Likewise with comments that are responded to he will get paid.
