Does tenancy law in your country favour a tenant or landlord?

I don't know about it, but here, it seems the tenants have more privileges than the landlords. The law shouldn't work like that though, and should be fair and just based on the peculiarity of each case.

No, tenancy edicts favors both parties. The originators of the tenancy laws dov take interest vof both tenants and landlords into consideration before it vfinally become a law.
