Does your company pay over time in money or it gets converted into days off?

The company that l am working on currently does pay the over time. It really make the calculations in a very transparent manner.

For the company that I worked for, you get to choose how your overtime should be paid. Either you take days off or cash. I always choose cash though.

I hardly put in over time but I think they paid and not converted those over time hours into leave.

Cash is better because it will be quicker to get the money. Other options may not really be preferable but it also depends on the company

I our country, if you do not take leave, the number of leaves assigned to you will be paid with cash.

In my country's labor code, it is needed to pay workers who work overtime. I think it is not the case in China. They do not have overtime pay.

I worked for a company that wouldn't pay the over time for cash instead giving workers off days.
