If we have a food truck or say food cart, we can go to where people are; offices, schools, construction sites and others. If there are no customers, we can move to the next locations. Maybe go to the nearest subdivision, for sure homeowners will be your customers.

I think this would be a great business idea because if there is no or less demand for your business in one location then you can go to another one.
