Yeah, very right about this, I think this can also be done by organizing regular meetings to hear them out or even having a complaint box to make them give feedback about ongoing issue lest they forget about it.

That's the usual thing I see in some businesses a suggestion box. Then those suggestions must be discussed during meeting to aware everyone about the results of the feedback. It's a very effective measure to improve employee performances.

That's right, there are companies that implement a system of secret anonymous letters. So, the sender of the letter is unknown, usually containing complaints and what they think. With a system like this, everyone can freely express their opinion without feeling afraid of criticism, because we don't know who sent the letter. So that fairness and objectivity towards employees can be maintained.

I am not sure whether this strategy can make any improvement for the business because most employees when given chance to contribute their views on the business they tend request for a rise in their salaries and wages.

Other employees never care to participate in feedback giving especially if they are contented of their position in the company or business, only those feeling unlucky. I am in doubt if they can express their sentiments thru it. They might rather be advised to resign.

You're so right many never care, and never bother themselves to participate in feedback giving. They might be afraid too. Others prefer to keep their mouths shut afraid to shout out some discrepancies they observed.

I think that employee feedback helps you to improve and manage flaws and problems in your business. Your customers are the ones who may point out those flaws in your business and this helps a lot.
