Yes. We hardly enjoy 5 hours steady supply of electricity daily in my area. Most businesses are run on generators. Not only that, the price of fuel are also skyrocketing.
It is important to consider the size of the store as well because if it is too small, customers may have difficulty navigating it. Additionally, the store should be located in an area with a high volume of traffic and pedestrian activity in order to maximize the potential customer base. Furthermore, you should consider the competition in the area, as it will impact the success of your business. Finally, you should also make sure that the store is accessible and convenient for customers to get to. All of these factors together will help you determine the best location for your business.
One would not understand the importance of location to a business till you would start selling diapers in a student location and for one month, no one would ask what you are selling.
Some products are required in a season and not required on another one.
The location of the business plays a very important role. It can make or even. Break the business, this is why it is very important you choose the right location. Most business do not make money not cause they do not know how to market their goods but rather it is cause their business is in location where their target audience is no where to be found.
In my opinion, the right location is a must for your business. Of course, it depends on the type of your business. Some businesses work better online rather than offline.

totally agree with all of you @Chibson @uptrendfinancialsignal @cherry123 @LoukiaCharilaou @eldavis the right location is A MUST when talking about starting a business, we can have the best products but when we dont have a right location, its only waste our money to invest in them

my small shop is located in intersection and its really good to have that location (its my house too and my shop is small part of the house) so i dont wanna lose a chance to make a shop in this area, and voila its my 5th years running my own shop @LoukiaCharilaou

My milk tea business is in the right location. It's strategic for it's in the mall. People buy my milk tea first before shopping. It's so thrilling everyday but during rainy days there are only few customers. They're influenced with the weather.
Probably, if you have the right product without the right location you will never succeed in such a business venture. You must try as much as possible to know what people in a particular area wants and offer them.
