I have never fallen victim of such before and I've never ask any member for financial help even if I need it dearly.

I won't lend money to anyone I can't see physically, and even then, I never give out more than I can afford to lose if the person never pays back.

The only situation I can give out larger sums is for health emergencies.

Exactly sometimes this risk taking isn't worth it. people can be very annoying when it comes to money so I avoid lending

Not with money but with crypto currency. Back then tron was still popular. I had the feeling the guy was a scammer bur i just felt let me help out. He needed some tron to complete some payments online, he promised to give me back after some time, so i sent the tron only for him to block me.

It can happen online because many times we find people that like to borrow our Earnings and promise to pay us back but they mostly scam

Ive never really lent money online before. Too many horror stories out there about scams and frauds. Id rather just stick to traditional ways of lending even if it's less convenient.

I think the best is to borrow money to people that you have dealings with and can influence. Most people refuse to pay because you don't have any means to collect it from them. If they know they stand to lose something of value then they'll pay.
I'm also thinking of something else that'll help. Maybe I'll share later.

I almost did, but I managed to charge it back even with threats. I lent money to someone I know in cyberspace, he promised to be paid the next day, but for various reasons so that 1 month later he was paid, that's also because I charged him with threats. In the future I will be very careful and not hopefully lend money online.

I don't run a financial institution. I don't lend people money online. Sorry to say, it is foolishness for you to lend people money online. Apart from on forums like this where there is some sort of regulation, it doesn't make sense to lend money to people you meet online.

This is offline and it's secured and to a person who is your family member but if you lend it online then it's riskier and I have faced this problem because I have the habit to trust people and that has backfired at times

There are times when we like to help someone and since we know users that are earning online, we feel they are innocent and won't scam us but instead they scam us and not pay your money back and I was scammed like that 2-3 times so now I am more careful about it.
