I did have a conflict before with a co-worker, She was spreading lies about using the laboratory computers. And she was a newly hired employee, so I reported her to the head and we were having a face to face confrontations and she was so ashamed and because of that she resigned.

I try not to get my self involved with angry people that are always angry at the world. They try to always offend people so I try to stay off from them

I no longer confronted her because with me were 4 witnesses. She told my colleagues who were my beshy that I'm using the computers for my business which wasn't true because I have PC at home and 3 laptops for my blogging jobs online that time.

I also do the same thing. I do not care others' businesses. I am fine working with my own space and nothing can bother me. I will just flip out when someone insulted me deliberately.

We are on the same page. I never had any conflicts with the other virtual teachers. For the reason that we do not see each other and do not mind about each other.

I wouldn't so much say a conflict with a co-worker but instead, a disagreement when I and a few others were accused of taking money from the cash register when there was money missing from it.

The truth finally came out and everyone that was accused ended up being innocent but it did cause some issues when they accusations were flying.

Our culture is different, at my place all employees must mingle and be friendly with one another. If not, they will be ostracized and subtly expelled with various unpleasant actions, they hope that we will eventually resign.

Yeah I know, I am little impatient too but I am slowly trying to stay calm and let them do what they want in their space
