Although I do not know exactly and a user says that it is not possible, but in my country there is a third party that provides such services for people who want to work on freelance websites and it seems that they have many clients.
I haven't heard of that but that is a possibility as long as you trust the person. As a renter make sure the money comes from legitimate source. On the other hand the one renting must know the person well otherwise he will not be paid.
Yes, I don't like to be constantly stressed about these issues. In this case, you have no control over anything and you have to pay an amount to someone else. At least it is not suitable for me. And it is better not to forget PayPal fees

I have never heard of this before. I have been a PayPal user for many years and I do not think I'd rent out my PayPal account since I am scared of encountering issues later on.
I have never rented anyone's PayPal. I don't know if it is safe to do so. You might get caught and the PayPal will be closed and your money frozen. When my PayPal was permanently limited, I moved towards other payment methods.
That could possibly happen. PayPal is so strict in money matters receiving and sending.
A lot of people rent other people's PayPal account most especially in countries where PayPal is not supported.

The major disadvantage with this type of payment for those that their countries do not support PayPal is that it will include extra expenses.
Most atimes it comes with a cost, as a matter of fact some people use it as a side hustle, they borrow you their PayPal account to receive funds, after which some form of percentage or remittance will be given to them as the owner of the receiving account.
What they do is an exchange business. If you don't have a verified PayPal account, they would give to you their PayPal email so that you can receive the payment. When the payment enters, they pay you at aan agreed rate in your country's fiat currency straight to your account.
