There are a lot of small scale business out there. In almost every corner you would find one or two small scale business. What is the current conditions of the small these small scale business around you, are they doing well or what are the challenges do you think they are currently facing in your current location right now .

The problem we have in our country is lack of creativity and bandwagon mentality. Just because one person has done a particular business and succeeded, you would see everyone around jumping into the business and saturating it.
Small businesses in my country are struggling to stand and most close down within one to two years. One of the major challenges facing small businesses in my country is that the cost of doing business in my country is very high.
There are a few small stores near my location. They are selling children clothing and shoes, offering cloth alteration service, household items. Their customers are residents living nearby. I think they are making profits.
Small scale industries should be encourage and allow to triumphed successfully. Big companies must not seen small scale companies as their rivals that must be quashed for them to survive. Rather they should be given them logistic support that would enable them to survive.

Small scale industries can only survive through the support from bthe big companies and enablinv environments from the governments. Government must support them through the tax wavering to them.

Small-scale businesses here in Nigeria are facing serious financial challenge .Rhe government is not helping matters because of the incessant taxes and levies on these businesses. it makes it impossible to trade successfully
That is the problem we are having in Nigeria. To set it up is cost intensive. Bureaucracy will almost discourage you from continuing with the program. Double taxation is the next issue.
Small scale businesses in my location are grappling with myriad challenges. To on the list is the effects of the current economic downturn which has significantly reduced the spending power of customers. Businesses thereby have to contend with low sales volumes and depressed profit margins.
yeah so when it comes to small scale business there is an unlimited amount of them due to the fact that most people only wants to do what they see a person succeeding in, the amount of creative is almost to a zero, this is the major challenges small scale businesses are facing but amid this there are still some that are thriving.
The government of my country is not making life easy for them because they are heavily taxing those small businesses which makes it very difficult for them to survive.
Most small-scale businesses in my country are doing well, but they seem to be barely enough to make ends meet. Rarely happens that people get rich with a small scale business. Because most of their business systems are still traditional, so their marketing reach is still narrow.
Taxes and cost of power is what is killing the ability of small businesses to thrive in my country. The truth is that no business can really work without power and when one has to generate his own power to run his business, it becomes extremely difficult to run a business.
Taxes is one of the things government should look into in the matter. Double taxation has been levelled against most small scale businesses in order to discourage them. Some of them that are recently launched should have been given tax waivers to enable them grow..
That's inhumane of the government to do so, small scale businesses should have been given the chance to boost their business by giving them tax waiver for at least a year or more , this will make them accumulate profit .
