The last time l checked was $50. On the website the minimum withdrawal threshold for the BCH is worthy $2.
I found that it is a little bit more easier to withdraw through the BCH

Yes, it is a professional way to do so. A warning is a must before you actually ban someone. People might correct themselves after a warning. Everyone deserves a second chance.
The PayPal threshold is too high. It is 50 dollars and that is equivalent to 50K BMF points. It would really take a long time to reach there, especially with a site like BMF where you have to be careful about your posting.

I got payment of 2 $ few weeks ago. It took a lot of time since mostly I just collect daily bonus. I don't like when you post new topic, if admin don't approve it it deduct 10 points from account.
