If there aren't many under 50, maybe it can still be tolerated, you can make a catfish pond nearby, to get rid of the chicken manure to reduce odor. LOL
Here, the regular we do to avoid odor, is to make the flooring filled with rice husks, in that way, it would not only diminish odor but also there's no fly roaming around their fences.

Poultry business is not allowed in our residential area, unless you only have 5 heads of free ranged chicken that roam and fly around and only goes back to your yard when you feed them. I am one of the regulating personnel of businesses in my place and we don't allow poultry business in residential area. Those outside suburbs are allowed but they must use the newest technology and no open poultry is allowed.

Yes, that's mostly done by big farms in our country, but it still smells bad. I once passed a broiler farm like that, from a considerable distance I could smell it.

Modern technology now is the chicken are grown in air-conditioned facilities. The feeding is done by machine.. The waste matters are not exposed outside. Absolutely no smell.

Relative of mine was doing this business in his home and he was successful. His family members started bearing it's smell but their house was far away from others houses so nobody was raising any conflict.

That is exactly my point to because it will not be nice for people living in that house to perceive offensive odour

If someone tries that kind of thing in the estate where I am leaving, that person will be reported to the authorities and he will be arrested and prosecuted.

How do they deal with poultry manure waste so it doesn't smell? It would be great if implemented in my country. The problem is there are many farms here, even my cousin also has this business.

It's a modern technology. I myself was looking where the manure are. It looks like there's a septic tank.
If using a septic tank it seems reasonable to deal with odors. But that will fill up the septic tank quickly. Even in my country, chicken manure can also be sold as fertilizer for plants, although it does smell.

In our country, you are required to get no objection letters from your neighbors before you start a poultry farm because a poultry farm gives order and later on your neighbors might start complaining.

I believe the first thing you need to do would be to take permission form the landlord and others around first before starting the business, this is to prevent unnecessary fights.

The use of probiotics on their droppinga would eliminate the smell. Also, try as much as possible to keep their floor dry all the time.
