Some people can be difficult to pleased even as a customer. But if you want these kind of people to still be patronising you , how would you go about convincing them to buy?

You can just deal with them calmly and be attentive to what they need. We cannot get angry when it comes with this kind of situation. It may escalate to a worse situation if we do.

I angry eith you , you know customers are always king so it is good to be calm with them even when they are difficult

I like that, the only thing you are interested in is to get the money in is to get the money in the customer's hands at the end of the day. Every business man needs to understand this.

Yeah, as a business man you don't even need to shout at your customers. it can even piss other customers off and they will not return to your business again.

We have a saying here that "customers are always right". If you put that into your mind, you should know how to address aggressive customers. Even where he's wrong, you don't point accusing fingers at him.
