We have a saying here that "customers are always right". If you put that into your mind, you should know how to address aggressive customers. Even where he's wrong, you don't point accusing fingers at him.
I think it is important every business man understand that. Sometimes when you are aggressive against your customers others may see you as harsh and they will not patronize you not minding who is at fault.

There are some customers that we completely frustrate you to the point that you feel like raising your voice at them. Its not going to be easy, but the best thing to do is just to try your best and ignore them.

It is true that you might need to define the boundaries for him or her. When a customer becomes unnecessarily difficult, you don't have to pamper them . Just tell them your mind, if they want to go, let them go.

Whenever you want to go into a business you must train yourself on how to deal with difficult customers. if you allow your emotions to take control of you as a business person you are going to have problems with your customers.

Probably, anybody who is running the business and wants to be successful must be emotionally intelligent. Allowing your emotions to becloud your sense of reasoning as a business owner will probably make you run into losses.

Probably, anybody who is venturing into a business must understand that customers are important and they're always right. even if what your customer did is not good you need to tell them in a polite manner.

Some people can be difficult to pleased even as a customer. But if you want these kind of people to still be patronising you , how would you go about convincing them to buy?
One thing that is certain is that it's not every customer would buy what you are trying to sell to him or her and if you try your best to convince a person and it's not working ; you should move over and look for another customer.

I agree with you one should in this case, always be patient and polite to them. Customers can he very annoying sometimes because I know how this can be but you need to apply caution

Definitely, understanding that your customers are the bedrock of your business is very important and necessary if you want to succeed. You need to treat them right and try to give them the best you can in order to retain them.

We should be able to plead with them to buy from us but we should not force them to do so and if they seem to be unconvincible, we can leave them alone

By being submissive to them and accepting to carry the burden of their mistakes so that you make them happy for a come back even if they are the ones who are faulty.
Personally speaking, I cannot go along with this matter. I need more time to listen the problem/s of the irate customer. If I think he or she is unreasonable to certain issues, I will take the responsible to explain that it is his or her fault.

If you want to go into a business you need to learn effective communicatio. There is a way you will talk with a customer who is very difficult and the person will try to understand your point of view.

You want to be doing motivational talks to customers. Some of them are just so difficult and mean. You would just have to ignore them.
