First of all you must listen to your customer carefully, let him tell first listen him in detail, then first try to acknowledge what he is saying it will cause a sort of cooling effect on him, after then if it remain possible then immediately solve their problem.

By being submissive to them and accepting to carry the burden of their mistakes so that you make them happy for a come back even if they are the ones who are faulty.

Some customers can actually be over pressing when they have a problem that needs to be taken care of and as a result of that, they will not be patient enough for a customer service representative to attend to their problem.

But the duty of the customer service representative is to to keep them calm until their problem is taken care of.

You want to be doing motivational talks to customers. Some of them are just so difficult and mean. You would just have to ignore them.
Even at that there are still a lot of people who you will be able to convince. You must know how to talk and communicate if you want to go into a business.

This is a martyr doing to do. I do think that we can hear their concerns, but we need to show how to resolve the problem. I am sure we can meet half-way with this issues with complains of these clients.

I agree that you must have excellent communication skills as a business person. But have you heard of the word "saddists"? Pray they should never br your customers.
Even at that there are still a lot of people who you will be able to convince. You must know how to talk and communicate if you want to go into a business.

I once faced a difficult customer, he offered me 50% of the items I was selling, even though my luck was not even 50%. He is really a crazy customer, making me disappointed and angry. I was firm with him, if you don't want the price I charge, please buy elsewhere.

Some customers would just come to your business to make your life miserable and drive you insane. I don't mind losing such a customer. I need to be sane to make more sales.

I even consider him a madman, because he acts like a madman, likes to hurt others and has no feelings of empathy. Am I bad? Of course not, because if they are reasonable people they will definitely think before they act. LOL.

That is actually the truth. Saddists exist but as a business person you must try to have rules and regulations. That way such people will stay away.

Most difficult customers are the people that are very mean and wouldn't like buying items from your store. However by convincing and persuading them they can buy at long last.

I stand with some posters here that some customers need to be let go. That's after exhausting all means of diplomatic settlement. I don't have strength to be babysitting a customer.
