I think it is difficult to start a business with zero capital, unless you have very good relationship with suppliers. Then you can promote their products online, when you get orders, you get the products from the supplier and pay them when you receive payment from buyers.
If you don't have money to start business, the simple step you will take is to start doing some jobs both online and offline , before you know it you will make some money you can use to start up something.
You need to work for the money. Apart from working on paid to post forums, you can also earn by working on survey and microjob sites.
Is it actually possible to startup an investment with no money at all? Even if you do not invest in the business directly, you would definitely have to invest indirectly. I'm not sure if there is any offline business that you can be able to start without any money in your pocket but if it's an online business where you have some skills to leverage online like graphic designing, it is something that you can be able to do without having money in your pocket.
